Policies

We value our clients and team members and strive to deliver outstanding service while honoring everyone’s time. These policies are in place to help ensure a smooth and positive experience for all.

Deposit

A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. The deposit is applied towards treatment cost as long as the appointment is completed within 6 months of payment.

Late Policy

If 15 minutes have passed, your procedure may have to be rescheduled due to insufficient time for your service. If your service needs to be rescheduled, our cancellation policy will be applied.

Cancellation Policy

We request a 48-hour cancellation notice. Cancellations less than 48 hours in advance will result in a forfeiture of your deposit — NO exceptions to ensure fairness to staff and all patients waiting for appointments.

Refunds

We do not offer refunds on services rendered. If you are dissatisfied with the service received, please contact us at fountaincityaesthetics@gmail.com so we can address your concerns.

Payments Accepted

Fountain City Aesthetics does not bill insurance. We accept cash and most major credit cards.
